CLEAR INFORMATION. THOUGHTFUL CHOICES.
Healthy Honest Reviews

How we review

A transparent approach

Our aim is to make product information easier to understand. A review should identify the product, source its ingredients or features, separate seller claims from evidence and describe important limitations.

Research and experience

Articles should state whether they are based on public information, personal use or another method. We do not imply hands-on testing unless the article explains what was tested. We do not invent customer reviews, professional endorsements, star ratings or research findings.

Health evidence

Research on an ingredient is not automatically evidence that a finished product works. Dose, formulation, study design and population matter. Where evidence or ingredient amounts cannot be verified, the review should say so.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate relationships are disclosed near promotional links and within review pages. We may earn commissions. A commission or listing does not guarantee quality, effectiveness, availability or suitability.

Updates and corrections

Review pages show an updated date. Prices, labels and seller policies can change. If you find an error, use our published Contact page, when available, and identify the article and supporting source.
